To ensure measurements are taken as accurately as possible:
 
  • Measure yourself just prior to placing an order
  • If possible get someone else to measure or help you
  • Do not wear thick layers (will distort measurements), ideally measure in your undergarments
  • Do not make extra allowances
  • Do not pull measuring tape too tight
  • Take into account shoes and heel size you intend to wear
 
SAREE- Measurement  

 
(Please note : all measurements must be in inches )

1. Neck Circumference
(Measure all the way around the neck, just above the collar bone)
   
inches 2. Neck to bust point
(Measure from top of the collar bone to centre of the bust)
   
inches

3. Front neck depth
(Measure from the top of the collar bone downwards (vertically) to the depth you would like the neckline to be)
inches

4. Back neck depth
(Measure from the back of the neck how deep you would like the back of the top to be.)
   
inches 5. Cross Shoulder
(Measure across the back, from the end of one shoulder to the end of the other shoulder.)
   
inches 6. Around the Bust
(Hold the tape under the arms and measure around the fullest part of the bust)
   
inches 7. Blouse Waist
(This is the measurement for the blouse. Hold tape under the arms and measure just below the bust but above the natural waistline - measure between the two)
   
inches 8. Length of blouse
(Measure from the top of the shoulder, over the bust to the length you would like the blouse to be)
   
inches 9. Sleeve Style (please select from the below)

 
  [Sleeveless] Short sleeves [Three quarter sleeves] [Full/long sleeves]
 
inches 10. Sleeve length
(Measure from top of the shoulder to desired sleeve length. Enter zero for sleeveless items)
inches 11. Bicep
(Measure around your bicep at the widest part of the muscle in the top of your arm. Ensure your arm is relaxed by your side when you do this)
 
inches 12. Armhole (for sleeveless tops)
(Lift the arm slightly and measure from the shoulder around the armhole. Measure loosely to ensure no rubbing when arm is lifted up and down)
 
 

Saree Petticoat
 
inches 13. Petticoat Waist
(Measure around the petticoat waistline)

 
inches 14. Hips
(Measure around the hips, ensuring you measure across the fullest part of the buttocks)
 
inches 15. Petticoat Length
(Measure from the waistline – where you would wear the petticoat from, down to the length the petticoat to be. Please note the petticoat needs to be slightly shorter than the saree. Remember to take into account any shoes/heels you intend to wear)
