ORDERING WITH US

Whether you are new to the internet or an experienced user, we aim to make shopping on-line with Tisaya.com as simple and as safe as possible. We are an on-line store and all our items can be viewed on our website. Please note that our items are updated regularly.

We sell 2 types of items; . Made to order items that are only made to order – this can be in your size or style if required (alternatively item can be sent to you unstitched), and Stock items that can be shipped to you immediately

Ordering A Made To Order Item

  1. Select your chosen item and add to basket.
  2. If you would like your saree blouse stitched or lengha choli stitched in your size please add this service to your basket.
  3. Proceed to Checkout (You will be required to create an account with us as a new user or log in as an existing user)
  4. Make Payment
  5. On receipt of your order we will email you to confirm when you require the item for.

If you have opted for our stitching service we will also send you our measurement form to complete. At this stage we will also confirm any design requirements you may have. i.e. add/remove sleeves, change sleeve length, neckline etc.

Made To Order Delivery Timescales 

Please note our made to order items are available within varying timescales depending on the item required. Minimum timescale is 2 weeks. Heavier and select pieces may take longer.  

For an accurate timescale, we recommend you email us with the item(s) you are interested in and the date you require it for. We will respond and confirm we can meet your requirement. Alternatively, you can contact us by telephone.

Ordering A Stock Item

All stock clothing (includes sarees /sari, churidaar suits, Indian trouser suits and lenghas) can be found in our ‘in stock collection’, which can be accessed directly from our homepage. All jewellery is also held in stock.

Please note that some stock items may also feature in our ‘New In’ collection. However, anything featured in ‘new in’ will also automatically show in the ‘in stock collection’.

Purchasing a stock item is simple and only takes a few steps:

  1. Choose an item (please view our sizing chart to determine what size best suits you - Sizing Chart. 
  2. Add the item to your shopping Basket 
  3. Proceed to Checkout (You will be required to create an account with us as a new user or log in as an existing user)
  4. Make Payment
  5. Purchase Complete

When you have completed the payment process, a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you. This is your proof of purchase and invoice. As soon as your item is dispatched you will be notified in the form of an email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : As items are largely one-off pieces you must actually check-out to ensure that you have purchased the item. Simply adding the item to your basket does not guarantee you the item. You will be notified when you check out if an item has been purchased by another user. If you are keen to secure an item we recommend that you proceed to checkout as quickly as possible.
