1. Are your items held in stock?
All items displayed in on our 'in stock collection' are held in stock and can be dispatched to you immediately. Our 'made to order' items are not held in stock and are produced on customer request. Minimum delivery time is 2 weeks. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item number you are interested in and the date you require the item for - for a full and accurate delivery timescale.
2. Can we come and view your items?
As we are an online store we are unable to facilitate customer visits. All our items can be viewed online. If you have any queries regarding any products please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or on 01753 642090 where one of our consultants will be happy to help.
3. Do you produce a catalogue?
As all our items can be viewed on our website and are updated regularly, therefore we do not produce a catalogue.
4. How do I know which size fits me?
Our stock items (with the exception of sarees) are available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large. Please view our sizing chart to determine which size fits you. For made to order items - these can be made in your size or ordered as unstitched. Saree blouses from our stock collection can also be stitched for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (stitching charge is applicable).
5. Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?
At Tisaya.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (from our 'in stock collection') you can simply return the item for a full refund. Please note made to order items and accessories are non returnable or refundable. This is as made to order items are custom made on customer request.
6. Do your saree blouses come as ready made?
For items from our 'in stock collection', the blouse comes as unstitched unless stated otherwise. We do offer a blouse stitching service, please enquire by emailing us at email@example.com. For made to order items you can request the blouse to be stitched or unstitched (stitching fee applies).
7. Are my credit card details secure?
Shop with confidence, shopping on line with us is safe and secure. Once a Tisaya customer enters the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Your credit card information is stored securely by our Authorised Payment Processor:Cardstream.
8. Can I place an order by phone or fax?
All orders are processed on our website. We do on occasion process orders by telephone, please contact us on 01753 642090 if you would like to do this. We do not process orders by fax.
